How Can A Copywriter Help?
Connect with Customers
The average person is exposed to roughly 250 advertisements a day. In order for advertising to be effective, it needs to be clear, concise, and easily understood. If an individual or business is unclear as to what they are trying to sell, customers will not want to buy. Advertising also needs to call for action, whether it’s to stop by a store, call an associate, go online to visit a website, or some other activity. If the advertisement doesn’t produce action, it won’t produce a return.

A professional business writer will develop marketing copy that clearly convey the sales message and provokes action that will generate revenue.

Develop Staff
According to The Advisor, the average cost of employee turnover is equal to 150% of their annual salary. Considering the loss of productivity, sales, and hiring costs, that is a significant number. Turnover is often the result of bad training.Productivity among current employees is also affected by the quality of the training they receive. If an employee doesn’t understand the service or product or if they do not have a clear concept of company image, then they cannot communicate it to customers and other staff members. If they can’t communicate, they can’t sell. A business writer will help create quality job descriptions, training manuals, and operating manuals to help supervisors train and employees learn so that all members are more productive. This results in increased revenue, a reduction in costs due to employee error, and increased employee retention.

Improve Systems
The majority of inefficiencies within a company stem from alack of systems and/or a lack of communication about policies and procedures. By verbalizing your company structure and policies, you systemize your operation and create a clear foundation on which to build sustainable growth. A business writer develops those materials so that they are accurate, clear, and are easily integrated as a tool into a company’s daily functions.

Build, grow, and move forward
Every business needs a firm plan from which to develop its future strategies, but developing a business plan is a cumbersome task. Many business owners don’t possess the time or knowledge to produce a comprehensive, quality business plan. Unfortunately, without a strong business plan, it is difficult to determine the best strategies for marketing, hiring, and other business decisions.A well developed business plan is also an essential document when dealing with lenders and investors. A bad business plan can hurt your chances of securing needed capital for expansion and other business operations. A professional copywriter will perform the market research and write the business plan, creating a blueprint for future growth and a tool for securing working capital.

What is the process
Where do we start?
Every project begins with an initial consultation. After we have discussed the scope of the project, we can put together a proposal for you. Once the proposal is signed we can begin work.
How do you handle projects?
After the proposal is signed, your project will go on the books. When the first draft is ready, we will send it to you for review. We'll take your comments and revise as needed.
Can you work with other companies such as web designers and consultants on my project?
Yes, in fact many designers and consultants do not have a copywriter on staff. Copy is where most projects get stalled. We can work either in conjunction with another company, one of our preferred partners, or with you to develop the copy you need.
